Based in Ulu Kelang, the property in Taman Andaman is known for its peaceful surrounding and neighbourhood.

According to Lee Chin Kang from One WSM Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the owner wanted to sell off this house to upgrade to a bigger house.

The buyer liked the serene surrounding the strategic location with easy accessibility to major roads and highways such as MRR2 and DUKE Highway.

“This was a win-win deal for both buyer and seller,” Lee added.

As of mid-July 2022, there were 14 listings for Taman Andaman landed homes on EdgeProp.my with asking prices ranging from RM920,000 to RM4,500,000 (RM400 to RM900 psf). No rental listing was available.
