Built on the enclave of U-Thant, Kuala Lumpur, the 39 Lingkungan U-Thant condominium was developed by Tan & Tan in 1993 to cater to the affluent community with distinct lifestyle needs. 

The low-density development comes with just eight units with built-ups ranging from 3,434 to 6,224 sq ft.

“The unit from the condominium has a lovely view of the Royal Selangor Golf Club courses since it is nearby,” said Shawn Fernandez (E2445) of Aegis Property, who concluded the deal.

The owners sold the unit as they were downsizing to a smaller home. Meanwhile, the buyer was interested in the property because of its unique and quiet low-density development and yet being located close to the city with excellent views.

As of early August 2022, there were about 220 listings on EdgeProp.my for non-landed properties for sale in Jalan U-Thant with asking prices ranging from RM1,246,000 to RM17,900,400 or about RM508 to RM1,440 psf.

As for rentals, there were 188 listings with asking monthly rents ranging from RM2,300 to RM2,500 or about RM2 to RM3 psf.
