Kota Seri Langat is a 2,600-acre master development by Seriemas Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB).

According to One WSM Property’s Amenny Chua (REN 06508) who concluded the deal, this factory is a new development and the buyer likes the unit as it is spacious and thus, suited for business expansion.
Overall, the property has a wide array of features that is suitable for the client’s needs, Chua added.
As of early August 2022, there were 34 for-sale listings on factories in Kota Seri Langat Industrial Park with asking prices ranging from RM1,600,000 to RM27,881,000 or an average of about RM450 psf.
There were no rental listings during that period.
