Situated smack in the Kuala Lumpur city centre, The Troika is in fact located within Persiaran KLCC, adjacent to Jalan Binjai. This luxury condominium was developed by BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd and was designed by the world-famous British architectural firm Fosters and Partners.  

According to Daniel Chok of Meridin Properties Sdn Bhd (REN 04249), who concluded the deal, the buyer liked the unit because of the uniqueness of the building architecture with its sophisticated facade and how the building was designed to accord privacy. 

“A dwelling perfect for a family,” he added. 

The deal also went smoothly since the unit was sold at a reasonable price. Given the current market value of properties and with exclusive features like the Troika building, it was a rare opportunity, Chok said. 

As of end-August 2022, there were 73 sale listings for The Troika, with an average selling price of RM4,575,345 (RM1,189.50 psf). Meanwhile, there were 58 rental listings with an average asking monthly rent at RM9,664.39 (RM3.67 psf).
