LBS Bina unveils new phase at KITA@Cybersouth

• KITA Sejati will have two layouts and sizes — Type A (602 sqft) priced from RM270,000 and Type B (850 sqft) from RM389,900.

PETALING JAYA (Sept 28): LBS Bina Group Bhd today announced the unveiling of its new phase at the KITA@Cybersouth township, KITA Sejati.

According to a media release by the developer, KITA Sejati will comprise 24 storeys of serviced apartments (on 6.8 acres) with 1,054-units and an estimated gross development value of RM384 million.

KITA Sejati will have two layouts and sizes — Type A (602 sqft) priced from RM270,000 and Type B (850 sqft) from RM389,900.

Security in the gated-and-guarded development will be provided with CCTV at the guardhouse while “an assortment of family-oriented facilities” include a multipurpose court, takraw court, barbeque pits, swimming pool, gymnasium, and futsal court.

KITA Sejati is located close to Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, and surrounded by educational hubs such us Xiamen University, UiTM Dengkil and Heriot-Watt University.

It has access to major highways including Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North-South Expressway (NSE) and Damansara-Puchong (LDP) Highway.
