Fahmie feels that this is a good deal as the house fulfilled all the buyer’s requirements, including the price of the unit. 

As of end October 2022, there were 16 for sale listings for Halamanda on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1,033,438 or RM437.47 psf based on built-up. Meanwhile, there were two rental listings with an average asking monthly rent of RM2,950 or RM1.18 psf also based on built-up.
