Shahira Mohamad (PEA 3101) (010-280 0688) of MN Associates (KL) Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, said the buyer was attracted to the unit because of its eye-catching interior designing and furnishing. Meanwhile, the previous owner wanted to sell it as he currently owns many other properties and “barely visited this unit”.

The agent felt this was a good deal as it was a win-win situation for both seller and buyer.

“Though the vendor is selling it at a loss and was a bit reluctant to let go at that price, I advised him to sell it to this specific buyer because we already had three unsuccessful deals beforehand. And luckily, the vendor accepted my advice and agreed to the purchaser’s offer,” added Shahira.

As of the end of October 2022, there were 56 for sale listings for Taman Tropika 2 on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1,083,786 or RM331.8 psf based on built-up. There were no listings for rentals.
