• The next and final stage of Elmina Green Six, comprising 68 units of double storey linked homes (GDV of RM68 million) offering built-ups from 2,279 to 2,675 sq ft, will open for public preview tomorrow (Oct 29).

PETALING JAYA (Oct 28): The first three stages of the flexilinked Elmina Green Six homes in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam has recorded “combined 96% take-up rate”.

Sime Darby Property’s Chief Marketing & Sales Officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei said the interest in Elmina Green Six reflects the company’s commitment to offer homebuyers with products that “provide flexibility, space and comfort for multi-generational families”.

The next and final stage of Elmina Green Six, comprising 68 units of double storey linked homes (GDV of RM68 million) offering built-ups from 2,279 to 2,675 sq ft, will open for public preview tomorrow (Oct 29), “alongside activation of several key catalysts in the Elmina City Centre, including the city’s first neighbourhood mall and upcoming education hub”, stated Sime Darby Property. The linked homes each feature 4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with prices starting from RM994,888.

The Elmina Green Six homes “boast a striking modern vernacular aesthetic with rustic brick veneer cladding, contrasting facade elements and pitched roofs”. Each unit comes fitted with market-leading specifications such as laminated timber flooring, premium sanitary wares, stone wool roof insulation and is complete with City of Elmina’s signature FittingsPlus+ that includes metal security grilles, built in air-conditioning piping, and water booster pump.

Residents will be able to enjoy three “serene parks” with 18 amenities within the Elmina Green Six neighbourhood. The 21-acre Sakura Lake Park and the 8-acre Infinity Park are also located just “a short jog or cycle away”.

There are also supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and education institutions within and around the mature township, while residents can look forward to exciting new features including the Elmina Lakeside Mall, the Urban Park and the Forest Park that will be completed soon.

Access to City of Elmina is provided by the newly opened Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH), the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), the New Klang Valley Expressway (“NKVE”) and the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR).
