Inta Bina bags RM88m contract to build apartments in Kuala Langat

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 2): Inta Bina Group Bhd has bagged an RM87.92 million contract from Eco Sanctuary Sdn Bhd to construct apartments in Kuala Langat district in Selangor.

It would be building 107 apartment units in a two-storey walk-up block and 294 units in a 21-storey tower, the group said, adding that the construction period is 24 months commencing from the date of site possession.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract," it added.

Shares in Inta Bina closed up 0.5 sen or 2.38% at 21.5 sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM115 million.
