SHAH ALAM (Nov 4): S P Setia has launched the Musika Homes at its flagship development of Setia Alam with the unveiling of the first phase of Altora to be followed by the upcoming Phase 2A.

According to a media release by S P Setia, Musika Homes is the last double-storey terrace collection for Setia Alam.

Altora has recorded an 85% take-up rate following its launch on Oct 15. It offers 114 units of double-storey terraces. Priced from RM963,000 to RM1.34 million, the link homes with a land area of 22ft by 75ft include a five-foot open yard.

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Altora’s built-up ranges from 2,298 sq ft to 2,520 sq ft. The homes provide owners with space, with the open wet and dry kitchens and the flexibility of converting a room into a workspace on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a private balcony and extra customizable closet space.

Following the launch of Altora, Setia Alam is targeting to unveil Phase 2A by the end of November with 120 double-storey terraces having a built-ups similar to Altora.

“We are excited to launch the music-inspired Musika Homes as it is the last collection of double-storey terrace homes for Setia Alam,” said Tan Siow Chung, divisional general manager of S P Setia.

“With the success seen for the previous Bywater Homes collection, which has been fully sold, we are positive that this collection will be well-received by home buyers looking to move into this area from Meru, Bukit Tinggi, Kapar and Shah Alam. We have also received good response from those living in urban areas of Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang and Puchong,” added Tan.

Musika Homes in Setia Alam is located 10 minutes away from Setia City with amenities such as Setia City Mall, medical centres, education institutions within a 5km radius. It is also accessible via major highways including the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Federal Highway, West Coast Expressway (WCE) and the newly opened Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Highway (DASH).

With an estimated gross development value of RM463 million, Setia Alam’s Musika Homes consist of four phases with 436 units of double-storey terrace homes in total.
