As of the beginning of December, there were 11 for sale listings for serviced apartments in Tanjung Puteri, Johor on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM406,636 or RM399.84 psf. Meanwhile, there were also five rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM1,800 or RM1.44psf.
