Mark Wahlberg’s former grand estate on the market for US$28.5m

PETALING JAYA (Dec 8): A massive Beverly Hills compound that used to be owned by Hollywood hunk Mark Wahlberg has entered the market with a list price of US$28.5 million (RM125.57 million).

According to property website TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, the property has 1.7 acres of grounds, while the gated estate features 13,000 sq ft of living space and 1,000 sq ft “of decks from which to take in the stunning panoramic city views”.

The home comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with the main house featuring glass walls that saturate it with natural light within while showcasing the amazing surroundings. Full smart home automation by Savant equips the house with “the ultimate high tech experience”, stated the website.

He was also the executive producer for five successful HBO series, including Entourage and Boardwalk Empire. This listed property was featured in Entourage.
