Adin also felt the deal was good owing to the condition of the house and its price point.
“The buyer was able to purchase at almost 15% below the market value and the condition of the house is also not that bad. The location of the house is within a popular area. This results in a high rental demand and people are willing to pay such prices for landed properties there.” says Adin.
As of the beginning of December, there were 100 for sale listings for terrace houses in Bandar Seri Alam on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM523,306 or RM309.19 psf. Meanwhile, there were also rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM1,508.33 or RM0.89 psf.
