Situated in the affluent neighbourhood of Sri Hartamas, Sunway Palazzio is a luxurious freehold condominium developed by Sunway City Sdn Bhd. 

Evonne Lee (REN 00897) (016-323 2939) of Jalin Realty Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, said the previous owner wanted to sell the penthouse as it was his holiday home and no longer needed the unit. The buyer liked the unit as it has the best unobstructed view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline.

Lee also deemed the deal good as Sunway Palazzio is one of the few projects that is not surrounded by other developments around with breathtaking views.

“It is also cheaper than penthouses with similar quality transacted in Mont’Kiara. It is a very exclusive development boasting a private lift lobby, high ceiling, low density, good security. Good value in terms of price per sq ft,” said Lee.

As of the end of December, there were 11 for sale listings for condominium units at Sunway Palazzio on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM3,235,909 or RM845.54 psf. Meanwhile, there were also rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM11,222.22 or RM3.02psf.
