Lee also deemed the deal good as Sunway Palazzio is one of the few projects that is not surrounded by other developments around with breathtaking views.

As of the end of December, there were 11 for sale listings for condominium units at Sunway Palazzio on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM3,235,909 or RM845.54 psf. Meanwhile, there were also rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM11,222.22 or RM3.02psf.
