K Jeevanathan Pillai (REN 43177) (014-634 9331) of Metro City Realtors Sdn Bhd,who closed this deal said the buyer liked the unit owing to its affordable price range for a bungalow and its strategic location. The property is also a good investment given its attributes. Meanwhile, the owner had to sell the bungalow as he already moved and settled in Australia.

Jeevanathan felt this was a good deal since this was a win-win situation for both parties. 

“The buyer was satisfied with the price for the size of the land and the owner was also happy because he was able to sell the property at the right price,” said Jeevanathan.

As of the beginning of January, there were two for sale listings for bungalow units at Jalan Kovil Hilir on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,437,500 or RM543.36 psf.
