The buyer however, was intrigued by the property due to its location near the main entrance of the development and the open space. 

As of end-January, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Bandar Ainsdale on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM462,433 or RM180.83 psf. Meanwhile, there were 32 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM1,495.16 or RM0.73 psf.
