KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 15): Together with the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year celebration, boutique developer BON Estates unveiled its latest upcoming project, Bon Kiara in Mont’Kiara here recently.

The 4.15-acre freehold project provides peak urban living standards in a lush sanctuary, while also offering exceptional access to modern lifestyle and leisure opportunities via word-class amenities located at its doorstep.

Located at the prime area of Mont’Kiara, Bon Kiara focuses on bringing extraordinary comfort, space, living environment and lifestyle options to the urban living experience.

“The project is envisioned to be an address that simply inspires you to ‘Live Better’,” CEO of BON Estates Chan Jin-Wy said.

The luxurious Bon Kiara consists of two 43-storey towers, which will take shape above a bustling landscape of outstanding F&B, retail, leisure and cultural options.

The unveiling of the project coincides with BON Estates’ Chinese New Year celebration in Bangsar with its customers, clients and stakeholders.

“BON Estates has always enjoyed sharing festive occasions with customers, friends and business partners, and the [Chinese] New Year is an especially a wonderful occasion to connect and interact with people, and share common aspirations for the future,” Chan said.

During the celebration, the guests enjoyed the customary lion dance, traditional Bian Lian (face changing) performance and a visit from the God of Prosperity, while also invited to engage in a number of interesting workshops organised for the day, including a Dragon Beard Candy workshop, a Chinese Knot workshop and a Clay Doll workshop.

The lively event was hosted in a genuine atmosphere of Chinese New Year festivity, as the gallery was fully decked out in colours for the occasion, with plenty of bites and refreshment to add to the merriment.

“We often use these occasions to share our lifestyle philosophy with the public, weaving it into the activities we host in either big, small or interesting ways. Importantly, we also see it as a great platform to listen to new ideas and perspectives from customers, so that we genuinely serve our purpose of crafting a better standard of life for them,” Chan said.

A fully decked-out show unit was available for tour at the gallery for visitors to experience a first-hand look at how Bon Kiara innovatively employs open layouts and intelligent design to create aesthetic and comfortable living spaces that also serve multi-functional purposes.

The show unit also expresses Bon Kiara’s distinctive Mediterranean architectural influence, which creates an atmosphere of laid-back ease and calmness. This is an underlying design theme that will define much of the project, from inner spaces to outdoor common and facilities areas, where the sensation will be enhanced by the cosy influence of well-manicured greenery.

Among the many facilities future residents can look forward to are a double-storey social house, swimming and reflective pools, a resident’s lounge, a central park, a fitness club, a multi-purpose hall, an entertainment suite and a unique tree walk area. Additionally, the 24th level of both towers will host a family lounge, library, kid’s lounge, wellness deck and co-working space.

Bon Kiara enhances BON Estates’ trademark focus on delivering a balanced quality of life; infusing the appeal of spacious family homes with the serenity of a green and wholesome atmosphere.
