LBS launches KITA Bestari in KITA @ Cybersouth

• More than 90% of units of KITA Bestari’s single-storey houses have been booked within two weeks after opening for bookings.

KUALA LUMPUR (March 21): LBS Bina Group Bhd officially launched KITA Bestari, a new phase of KITA @ Cybersouth, on Monday (March 20).

KITA Bestari comprises three property types — 413 single storey terraced houses, 76 double storey houses and 328 townhouses, with a combined gross development value of RM418 million. The single storey terraced houses, opened for booking two weeks ago, have secured bookings for more than 90% of the units.

“Development projects within KITA @ Cybersouth have received an overwhelming response from homebuyers since the first launch in 2018. More than 90% of units of KITA Bestari’s single-storey houses have been booked within two weeks after opening for bookings, reflecting the strong levels of confidence our customers have in LBS,” said LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San in a media statement.

The single-storey terraced houses offer a four-bedroom and two-bathroom layout, with a built-up size of 1,094 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM499,000.

Meanwhile, the two-storey houses are priced from RM600,000, with a built-up of 1,447 sq ft, whereas the townhouses are priced from RM459,900, with a built-up of 1,346 sq ft (for the lower units) and 1,483 sq ft (upper units).

Developed based on LBS’ main pillars of affordability, connectivity and community, KITA @ Cybersouth is a gated and guarded development in the southern corridor of the Greater Klang Valley — in between Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

The township is well equipped with common facilities such as takraw and basketball courts as well as fitness stations. It is easily accessible via major highways, including the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway through the Elite Expressway, the Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North-South Expressway (NSE), Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), and Jalan Dengkil-Banting.

As at Dec 31, 2022, LBS had handed over a total of 2,722 units in KITA @ Cybersouth to homeowners of KITA Harmoni’s double storey terraced houses, KITA Impian’s serviced apartments and shops, as well as KITA Bayu’s double storey terraced houses and townhouses.
