KUALA LUMPUR (March 22): Sime Darby Property bagged “two major wins” at the recently held FIABCI Malaysia Property Award 2022 here.

Sime Darby Property’s Cantara Residences won in the Residential Mid-Rise category, while the City of Elmina won in the Masterplan category for its holistic design “that proves nature can thrive alongside a well-planned development”, stated the developer in a media release.

Group managing director, Datuk Azmir Merican said the recognitions are true testimony to the company’s all-round excellence as a real estate player.

The development is known for its architecturally iconic double-story ‘Living Sky Bridge’, which houses lush rooftop gardens and residential units within its 168m-long structure and is listed in the Malaysia Book of Records as ‘The Longest Residential Sky Bridge’ in the country.
