KUALA LUMPUR (March 24): Some of S P Setia’s homebuyers took home prizes worth more than RM800,000 when the developer announced the winners for its SetiaCation and Year-End Rewards campaigns on March 18.

The SetiaCation campaign rewarded over 500 homebuyers who purchased an S P Setia property from Aug 16 to Dec 31, 2022 with a guaranteed 3D2N stay at Amari Kuala Lumpur, Amari SPICE Penang or Amari Johor Bahru. Nine selected homebuyers also won vacations to Amari hotels in Maldives, Phuket, Bangkok, Krabi and Laos.

The Year-End Rewards campaign, which was held in conjunction with S P Setia’s 14th win as the No 1 Property Developer of The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards in 2022, also consisted of cash rewards for 14 winners (seven existing Citizen Setia members and seven new homebuyers).

Both rewards campaigns were organised with the objective of rewarding Citizen Setia homebuyers and promote S P Setia’s projects, while featuring S P Setia’s Amari Kuala Lumpur and Amari SPICE Penang hotels which began operations in September last year.

The winner of the SetiaCation campaign received the grand prize of a 4D3N trip to Amari Havodda Maldives.

The grand prize of the Year-End Rewards for existing purchasers was worth RM68,888 while the grand prize winner for the new purchasers category took home cash reward worth RM118,888.
