Taman United or now known as United Garden is a freehold housing estate that is conveniently located in Taman OUG, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.

According to Bobo Lee (REN 31982) (016-660 6189) of CID Realtors Sdn Bhd, who concluded the deal, the previous owner sold the unit as it was his parents’ home and is unable to manage the property. Meanwhile, the buyer was pleased to buy the property owing to its location at the hillside and quiet ambience. 

Lee deemed the deal a good one as it was a win for both parties, especially the buyer as freehold properties in the Klang Valley area are usually priced at above RM 1 million. 

As of the beginning of April, there were 20 for sale listings for properties at United Garden on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,268,700 or RM638.41 psf. Meanwhile, there were two rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM8,000 or RM2.23 psf.
