KUALA LUMPUR (April 14): Gplex Realty Sdn Bhd signed a Memorandum of Understanding on April 11 with four cooperatives to market affordable homes.

Accoring to a media release by Gplex Realty, the four cooperatives are Koperasi Tabung Haji, Koperasi TNB, Koperasi Kopenas, and Koperasi Koputra.

Speaking at the event she officiated, chairman of Jawatankuasa Perhubungan Angkasa Negeri (JPAN) Federal Territory, Sharifah Aminah Syed Mohssain said she is confident that the signed MoU will provide greater opportunities for cooperatives to market affordable homes in strategic locations around Kuala Lumpur to all cooperative members.

The aim of the initiative which is 'SatuAhliSatuRumah' (One Member One Home), is expected to provide opportunities for all members, mainly the B40 & M40 groups to own their homes at an affordable price. 

Many property related services will be provided to all four cooperatives’ members by Gplex Realty, thereby generating new sources of income for the cooperatives, stated the company.
