Jeevanathan deemed the deal a good one as it was a win-win for the buyer and owner. 

“The buyer got a good deal because it was at below market value and the seller was happy because we sold it in the nick of time,” he said.

As of the beginning of May, there were 100 for sale listings for property at The Valley TTDI on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM2,239,000 or RM570.10 psf. Meanwhile, there were nine rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM6,377.78 or RM1.42 psf.
