SkyWorld’s SkyAwani 2 Residences is FIABCI World Gold Winner

KUALA LUMPUR (June 9): SkyWorld Development Bhd has been named the World Gold Winner for its SkyAwani 2 Residences in the affordable housing category at the renowned FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2023.

The event that took place in Miami, US yesterday “witnessed the recognition of SkyAwani 2 Residences as an exemplary development in the global real estate industry”, stated the company in a media release.

SkyAwani 2 Residences is part of SkyWorld's Awani series, which offers affordable homes to Malaysians under the Residensi Wilayah programme. Upon completion in 2020, the development was crowned a QLASSIC score of 79%, the highest rating within the Residensi Wilayah category in Malaysia by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).
