Young deems the deal a good one as Cheras Vista is a nice location while the property was sold at the “best price”.

As of the beginning of July, there were 100 for-sale listings for properties at Cheras Vista on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM670,382.5. Meanwhile, there were 45 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM1,813.42  or RM1.12 psf.
