KUALA LUMPUR (July 18): Encorp Bhd has made its foray into Sabah with the launch of Cahaya Kristal in Kota Kinabalu on Saturday (July 15).

Located at Bukit Kepayan, the RM79.2 million Cahaya Kristal spreads across 1.6-acre of leasehold land. It has a total of 166 units, with built-ups of 530 sq ft (1+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) and 790 sq ft (2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom), in a 10-storey block. The starting price is RM440,000 and it is targeted to complete by July 2026. 

According to a press statement on July 15, the project is targeted at families and downsizers in search of nature, privacy and convenience. 

The facility offerings at the condominium include a swimming pool, roof terrace, convenience shop, laundry room, gymnasium and a multi-level security system. The sustainability features to be installed in the project are energy-efficient lighting, water conservation system and green building materials.

The launch was held at its sales gallery at KK Times Square and was attended by Dewan Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu mayor Datuk Noorliza Awang Alip.
