Previously, he bought the unit for investment purposes and was renting it out. The buyer liked the apartment  because it was well-maintained with ample natural lighting.

As of the end of July, there were 68 for-sale listings for properties at Seringin Residences on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM1,465,206 or RM656.86 psf. Meanwhile, there were 26 rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM3,959.52 or RM1.89 psf.
