SELANGOR (July 26): Setia EcoHill in Semenyih is rewarding its existing and new homebuyers with special rebates for a limited time.

According to a media release by S P Setia, “existing and new buyers of Setia EcoHill, Setia EcoHill 2 and Setia Mayuri properties will enjoy referral rewards and loyal customer rebates for selected participating projects” until Dec 31, 2023.

“This is a significant milestone for Setia EcoHill as it has seen tremendous growth since 2013 with more than 7,800 homes sold to date. We are taking this opportunity to show our gratitude towards our highly valued customers with limited-time rebates. Through this, we are welcoming more homebuyers to be a part of this ever-growing township and our Citizen Setia community,” said Koh Sooi Meng, divisional general manager of S P Setia.

During the campaign, existing buyers who purchased a property of Setia EcoHill, Setia EcoHill 2 or Setia Mayuri will “enjoy an RM10,000 referral reward which is an introducer incentive when they introduce a family member or friend to purchase a property within the three developments”.

Members of Citizen Setia and tenants who reside in the three townships will also get a “RM10,000 of repeat purchase rebate on top of the Loyal Customer Rebate when purchasing a new home in Setia EcoHill, Setia EcoHill 2 or Setia Mayuri”.

New buyers will be “rewarded with an exclusive rebate when purchasing any of the participating projects in Setia EcoHill, Setia EcoHill 2 and Setia Mayuri”.

S P Setia also announced that Setia EcoHill is “gearing up” for its upcoming residential launches which include “Japanese-themed Harumi Residences with 40 units of double-storey semi-dees and Casaville consisting of 38 English-inspired single-storey bungalows, which are targeted to be unveiled by 4Q2023”.
