Bina Puri JV gets RM72.85 mil sub-contract from Public Works Department

• The contract is for all the works under a project known as Jalan Kampung Medong/Lebrasau/Kampung Klid, Daerah Dalat, Bahagian Mukah, under a sub-contract agreement with Tokoh Ilham Sdn Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR (July 28): Bina Puri Holdings Bhd’s joint venture company has secured a sub-contract worth RM72.85 million under a Public Works Department project in Mukah.

In a bourse filing on Friday (July 28), Bina Puri said its unit Bina Puri Builder Sdn Bhd had jointly registered a venture named Chun Yang Bina Puri (JV) Sdn Bhd with Chun Yang Construction Sdn Bhd.

Bina Puri said the sub-contract period is 24 months starting from July 17, 2023.

The contract is for all the works under a project known as Jalan Kampung Medong/Lebrasau/Kampung Klid, Daerah Dalat, Bahagian Mukah, under a sub-contract agreement with Tokoh Ilham Sdn Bhd.

Bina Puri said the sub-contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years ending June 30, 2024 and 2025.
