According to Adzura Mohd Zamedin (REN 04287) (019-357 1325) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, who closed the deal, the owner sold the property as he wanted to move closer to his family. However, the buyer was keen on the property because of its feng shui qualities. A feng shui master was brought in to examine the house, who found that the home suited the buyer's personality.
As of the end of August, there were 100 for sale listings for properties at Country Heights on EdgeProp.my with an average asking price of RM7,762,700 or RM654.19 psf. Meanwhile, there were seven rental listings with an average monthly rent of RM16,714.28 or RM1.77 psf.
