Sime Darby Property launches 'Great Deals' campaign

• Under this campaign, the property developer is offering low financing rates starting from 3.9% for all open-market residential and commercial products, through selected banking partners, exemption of stamp duty and a memorandum of transfer on the sale and purchase agreement given during the government-designed Home Ownership Campaign.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 30): Sime Darby Property Bhd has launched a new campaign known as “Great Deals", which covers properties in participating townships of Bandar Bukit Raja, Putra Heights, Serenia City, KLGCC Resort, Ara Damansara, Subang Jaya City Centre, KL East, and Bandar Universiti Pagoh. The campaign period is from Aug 29 to Dec 31.

“We still see great demand for properties in prime areas with good connectivity, accessibility, and amenities. While our products are suitable for the market as evidenced by the consistently high take-up rates, we created a campaign to address buyers’ concerns, and instil a sense of confidence, on top of creating hassle-free experiences with property ownership,” said Sime Darby Property chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei, in a press release issued on Tuesday.

Under this campaign, the property developer is offering low financing rates starting from 3.9% for all open-market residential and commercial products, through selected banking partners, exemption of stamp duty and a memorandum of transfer on the sale and purchase agreement given during the government-designed Home Ownership Campaign.

The developer will also bear legal fees and stamp duty for loans during the campaign period. Moreover, there will be instalment waivers for up to RM2,000 available to customers of selected properties for two months each. Additionally, customers stand a chance to win 999.9 gold bars worth up to RM150,000.
