According to Ally Wong (REN 06289) (012-307 2988) of Propnex Realty Sdn Bhd, who  closed the deal, the owner was selling off the factory as it is a developer’s unit. Conversely, the buyer was keen on the factory as it is located in a gated-and-guarded industrial park which comes with smart features.
