KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 22): Talisa, the second phase of Bangsar Hill Park (BHP) development, was launched during the weekend (Jan 20), along with the unveiling of BHP’s new property gallery in KL Gateway Mall here.

Building on the success of Verdura (Phase 1), which have achieved a 95% take-up rate, BHP is “confident that Talisa will continue to capture the hearts of discerning buyers, fulfilling the aspirations of the young, providing a haven for families in their 20s to 40s, offering refined serenity for empty nesters, and also captivating investment opportunities for the ever thriving Bangsar” stated BHP marketing general manager Nikki Lee in her opening speech.

BHP, spanning 5.87 acres, is a collaborative masterpiece between Sunsuria Bhd and Suez Capital Sdn Bhd, each bringing over 30 years of experience in property development.

BHP has been intentionally designed as purely residential condominiums to complement the commercial aspect in this vicinity. This development is envisioned as an oasis surrounded by lush greenery, providing an unmatched destination for urban resort living,” Sunsuria chief project officer Wong Chiew Meng emphasised.

Growing interest for high-rise residential in Bangsar

EdgeProp.my managing director Alvin Ong in his presentation on “Bangsar Property Outlook” at the launch stated that the property portal found that “the trend towards high-rise living in Bangsar is becoming increasingly evident. Over the last three years, there has been a rising popularity of high-rises versus landed properties”.

“It’s interesting to note that the shift towards high-rise living is not just a passing trend, but also a reflection of people’s lifestyle changes where they prefer the convenience and the safety factors of staying in strata high-rise developments,” he added.

Ong revealed that Bangsar, despite being a mature area, is showing quite a strong growth in property value in general, and it is also one of the lowest-density neighbourhoods compared to the nearby areas.

“Property prices in Bangsar have demonstrated a good level of resilience. When we compare this trend to the neighbouring areas, Bangsar’s performance stands out, in terms of its ability to maintain its property values alongside the broader Malaysian house price index for high-rises.

“With only 120 housing units per hectare, Bangsar is at a sweet spot, in terms of density and offering a comfortable living environment without being too overcrowded,” he said.

Residents enjoy a sense of privacy and security, as each floor accommodates only eight units. Every residence comes with a balcony, while the master bathroom features a rejuvenating bathtub.

The residential tower also has a pet-friendly rooftop for residents to play and relax with their furry companions.
