Congratulations to SkyWorld and may they continue to set benchmarks in the realm of quality housing.

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 29): SkyWorld Development Bhd’s SkyAwani 5 Residence in Sentul was recently awarded “an outstanding” 84% high Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score and a prestigious 5-star Safety and Health Assessment System in Construction SHASSIC rating from Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

In a media release today, SkyWorld stated that the QLASSIC and SHASSIC, “both instituted by CIDB, serve as benchmarks for evaluating workmanship quality and safety and health aspects in construction projects”.

Lee Chee Seng, chief executive officer of SkyWorld Development said the company’s commitment to quality is evident in its consistent pursuit of QLASSIC and SHASSIC assessments, as well as the recent accolades bestowed upon SkyAwani 5 Residence.

This is a testament of our commitment to delivering high-quality homes to Malaysians. Our dedication is rooted in our brand promise of ‘You Can Now Own a Quality Home and Living’ and fuelled by the company’s purpose to ‘Make Living Better’, said Lee.
