Shah Alam has a similar structure to fellow cities, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya, with its scattering of commercial districts amongst residential areas. The industrial power house and capital of Selangor also has green spaces city-wide, including the National Botanic Gardens. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the abundance of courses here. Meanwhile, Saujana Resort borders Ara Damansara.

According to Zack Ng (PEA2049) (017-770 6897) of Zack Realty who closed the deal, the owners wanted move closer to the centre of Kuala Lumpur. The buyers felt they got a pretty good deal, given the area’s higher pricing psf for smaller land areas. The property is also located in a gated-and-guarded community, with plenty of garden space, and a limited need for renovations. 

As of January’s end 2024, there are a total of 100 listings for sale around Saujana Resort, Shah Alam, with an average asking price of RM1,607,870 or RM440.26 psf. As for rental listings, there are a total of 15, with an average monthly rent of RM4,939.93 or RM1.25 psf.
