Strong take-up for UEM Sunrise’s Phase 2B of Senadi Hills

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 8): Phase 2B of Senadi Hills’ non Bumiputera units were sold out shortly after its launch on Dec 18, 2023, while 86% of the balance Bumiputera lots were registered for.

Senadi Hills Phase 2B consists of 91 double-storey terrace homes with typical lot size of 22’ x 70’ and built-up of 2,222 sq ft. The homes come with 4 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

The layout includes a family area with a high ceiling, along with a car porch that can accommodate two vehicles.

Senadi Hills 2B is priced from RM783,650 for Bumiputera units and is targeted for completion by end-4Q2025.

The previous three phases of Senadi Hills recorded 100% units sold out upon phase 1A & 1B launches in 2020 and the phase 2A launch in June 2023.

“Considering customers’ preferred elements in homes and embed them into our designs, we have seen good traction of non-Bumiputera lots (under Phase 2B) within this multi-generational landed product.
