KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 27): Platinum Victory recently launched its mixed development PV22 Residences (PV22) with a view to “redefine a self-sustaining development”.

Situated in Setapak with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.3 billion, it will have the concept of balanced urban living and comprises 2,082 units of serviced apartments over two blocks and a commercial component comprising 57 units of two-storey retail units or 115,000 sq ft of retail space.

“Designed and developed with all-round wellness in mind, PV22 not only appeals to young urbanites looking for starter homes, but it also appeals to families with young children, the ‘empty nesters’, those living with the elderly or disabled,” stated Platinum Victory in a media release.

PV22 will have residential living that emphasises a balanced lifestyle alongside various modern facilities. The commercial centre, The Palette at PV22, will provide amenities such as food and beverage outlets, wellness centres and grocery shops under one roof, and within walking distance.

PV22 has dual-key units catered for multigenerational families. The dual key allows each segment of the family to have their own privacy and space, while at the same time allow them to be close to their other family members.

In addition, there are featured bathrooms which are larger and can accommodate wheelchair-bound residents.

“PV22's design prioritises accessibility not only for wheelchair users but also for individuals pushing baby strollers, families transporting groceries in shopping trolleys, and anyone opting to travel on wheels rather than by foot. With ramps readily available throughout PV22, navigating the area on wheels would be easy,” added Platinum Victory.

PV22’s location offers access to key amenities and urban conveniences adjacent to the development. It is also connected workspaces, hospitals, and clinics, as well as a diverse commercial mix, “incorporating a variety of retail shops to meet any need, all within the mature neighbourhood of Setapak”.

PV22 has allocated space for a kindergarten and a nursery along with easy access to primary, secondary schools and universities. It has access to three LRT stations (Wangsa Maju, Sri Rampai and Taman Melati), the Setiawangsa Pantai Expressway (SPE/DUKE 3), Jalan Genting Kelang, and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).

“With a focus on creating a living environment that adapts and grows to present as well as future needs, PV22 aims to cater to the needs of all modern urban dwellers.

“With the enhanced accessibility for all, PV22 presents a redefined self-sustaining concept, offering a walkable neighbourhood with easy transit access, reducing reliance on cars, and minimal environmental impact,” stated Platinum Victory.
