SHAH ALAM (March 1): S P Setia Bhd will launch Irama Villa IV, the final lineup of the Irama Villa series in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor on March 3. Irama Villa IV comprises 38 units of freehold, double-storey terrace homes.

Situated next to the Anggun Villa semi-detached homes, the four to five bedroom-units will have spacious built-ups ranging from 2,414 to 2,927 sq ft with lot sizes of 22ft x 80ft and 24ft x100ft, and are targeted towards couples, young families, and upgraders who are seeking private, spacious homes.
