KUALA LUMPUR (March 11): Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Iconic Worldwide Bhd, has launched Iconic Harmony sales gallery at Bukit Mertajam, Penang on March 9 and 10, according to a press release on Monday.

“We are pleased to announce the launch of the new sales gallery and show unit for Iconic Harmony, the latest addition to our portfolio of innovative lifestyle developments. With a truly extensive array of facilities and amenities, Iconic Harmony was designed in line with our focus on quality, value for money and timely delivery,” said Iconic Worldwide executive chairman Datuk Seri Tan Kean Tet.

With a gross development value of RM255 million, Iconic Harmony will have 751 units in a 36-storey tower. The built-up size of the units are 900 sq ft and they will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, the project will also include 16 units of double-storey shop lots.

The facilities will include an infinity pool, a children’s water playground, a half-court basketball court, a Jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art gym room and community hub.

“We’ve put a lot of work into crafting shared spaces across Iconic Harmony’s lifestyle and recreational amenities such as the garden courtyard, children’s water playground and gym room. Our goal is to create opportunities for our residents to connect and interact with each other, gaining a sense of community and belonging.”

Located at the intersection of Jalan Rozhan and Jalan Alma, nearby amenities to Iconic Harmony include Bukit Mertajam Hospital, supermarkets, banks, wet market, schools and food and beverages outlets.
