KUALA LUMPUR (March 18): UEM Sunrise Bhd recently embarked on a strategic partnership with Intermedika Co Ltd “to elevate a variety of its property developments by incorporating… innovative lifestyle elements, which primarily enhances… residential and commercial business models”, stated the company in a media release.

Intermedika Co is a Phuket-based consulting firm renowned for its expertise in the Sports, Wellness and Hospitality sectors.

Key development areas include three upcoming projects in Klang Valley, plus 3 potential ones in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Within these selected sites, Intermedika will support UEM Sunrise in crafting “an in-depth business strategy and conducting feasibility studies to boost the development potential, as well as add values to the community”.
