According to Sia Tung (REN28306) (012-652 0577) of PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd who closed the deal, the owner was ageing and managing a property while living outstation was getting too troublesome. Meanwhile, the buyers were looking for suitable headquarters to expand their business into Malaysia.
As of February 2024, there are a total of 10 listings on EdgeProp for sale around Kawasan Perindustrian Hi-Tech 5, Semenyih, with an average asking price of RM3,031,000 or RM229.23 psf. As for rental listings, there are currently five with a monthly rental of RM10,840, or RM0.59 psf.
