KUALA LUMPUR (April 23): Sunway Property, the property arm of Sunway Bhd, is set to preview the first phase of Sunway Velocity 3 in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur on Saturday (May 4) in its recently opened sales gallery.

According to a press release issued on Tuesday, phase 1 of Sunway Velocity 3 comprises two serviced residence blocks with built-ups from 721 to 1,076 sq ft. All units come with built-in smart door locks and all bedrooms within the development are facing outwards for maximum natural lighting and ventilation.

“Sunway Velocity 3, as part of the Sunway Velocity integrated city, offers great connectivity and accessibility to lifestyle amenities. We anticipate a strong demand from buyers who are looking for an affordable, convenient home for their stay,” said Sunway Property central and northern region and SPFM CEO Chong Sau Min in the statement.

He attributed the successful Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO, in which all residential units were fully sold and commercial units were fully-tenanted, to the well-planned out infrastructure, public transportation and facilities.

“According to buyers’ feedback, they have great confidence as more than 50% of the development is owned and managed by Sunway. We are confident that Sunway Velocity 3 will be well-received,” Chong noted.

Sunway Velocity 3 has an estimated gross development value of RM1.28 billion. It will be linked to Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO via a link bridge and directly connected to MRT and LRT stations. The development is also easily accessible via major highways such as Jalan Tun Razak, Smart Tunnel, New Pantai Expressway, KL-Seremban Highway and Maju Expressway.
