• “Having successfully penetrated the Indonesian market, we are poised to conquer new frontiers, with Singapore and the rest of Southeast Asia firmly in our sights.”

KUALA LUMPUR (April 24): ESP Global Services celebrated its 2½ years as a “beacon of innovation and growth in the real estate industry” during its third Awards Night and Gala Dinner last month.

In just that short time, ESP Global now has a head count of more than 4,000 agents and recorded revenue of more than RM85 million for 2023.

“What began as a vision has now blossomed into the fastest-growing entity in the industry, rewriting the rules of engagement and setting new standards of excellence,” ESP Global stated in a media release.

ESP Global remains committed to empower real estate agencies to scale their real estate businesses. It recognises the challenges faced by these enterprises, and “our platform serves as a catalyst for their success by providing cutting-edge technology and unparalleled support, ESP enables its business owners to remain relevant and increase their capital growth in the marketplace”, it added.

“The journey of ESP extends far beyond the borders of Malaysia. Having successfully penetrated the Indonesian market, we are poised to conquer new frontiers, with Singapore and the rest of Southeast Asia firmly in our sights. Our expansion is not merely geographical; it is a testament to our unwavering dedication to revolutionize the real estate landscape across the region,” said Aldrin Tan, CEO of ESP Global Services.

ESP Global’s journey has also included EdgeProp when both inked a Memorandum of Understanding in 2022 for the latter to provide listing integration and data solutions for ESP Global agents.

The MoU signifies EdgeProp’s commitment to strengthen ESP Global’s platform.

ESP Global’s vision “is one of boundless possibilities, envisioning a world where every real estate agency, regardless of size or stature, has the tools and support needed to thrive in a digital age”, stated the agency.

It wants “to remain at the forefront of innovation, to champion the cause of our partners, and to reshape the very fabric of the real estate industry”.
