PropNex achieves RM137m sales last year, 53% growth in 1Q2024

• During the event, PropNex unveiled a comprehensive sector training programme to enhance professionalism among its agents, along with a RM5 million investment in IT solutions for sub-sales and projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 30): PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd recorded a total sales of RM137 million for 2023, and a growth rate of 53% for the first quarter of 2024. This was highlighted when the agency hosted the PropNex Sales Convention 2024 recently. 

Celebrating the achievements of its top sales professionals from six branches, the event recognised five individuals who achieved millionaire status. Meanwhile, the top 10 performers demonstrated sales achievements ranging from RM600,000 to RM2.2 million. .

"We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners for their exceptional performance and commitment to excellence. Their hard work and dedication have played a crucial role in driving the success of PropNex, and we are immensely proud of their accomplishments," said PropNex chief executive officer Marcus Teng.

With a dedicated team of 1,300 agents, the agency has “solidified its position as the National Real Estate Awards (NREA) Most-Awarded Agency”, it highlighted in its press release.

The agency, which has collaborated with EdgeProp since April 2022, said it shares the same mission as the latter.

“With its data, technology, analysis and tools, besides its [property updates] postings, this collaboration will add value for the members of PropNex and also to the industry,” said Teng during the signing.
