UEM Sunrise tops out KAIA Heights Phase 1 in Seri Kembangan

KUALA LUMPUR (May 9): UEM Sunrise Bhd (KL:UEMS) topped out KAIA Heights Phase 1 in Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, on Wednesday. The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2025.

In a statement on Thursday, UEM Sunrise chief executive officer Sufian Abdullah said the developer strives to introduce an enriched lifestyle into Seri Kembangan. “We are committed to promoting a sustainable living environment that meets diverse lifestyle requirements through our products and developments. KAIA Heights introduces an enriched lifestyle through showcasing the company’s brand of quality living into Seri Kembangan.”

Launched in March 2021, KAIA Heights offers low-density living across two phases, each with two blocks spanning approximately 30 storeys. The first phase houses a total of 924 units with built-ups ranging from 972 to 1,437 sq ft and selling at RM567,800 onwards. There are 10 units per floor.

Some of the facilities in the development are sports courts, a jogging trail, a multipurpose hall, a gym, pools, a barbecue pavilion and a play area.

KAIA Heights is a GreenRE silver-certified development, using non-toxic, ethical and sustainable materials, and it harnesses rainwater for irrigation. It conserves up to 40% of the existing surrounding forestry, utilises compost recycled from horticulture waste, and is designed without air wells for better ventilation.

The development is connected to major highways, such as the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and the Bukit Jalil Highway. It is also located close to the Taman Equine MRT Station, AEON Mall Taman Equine and Giant Seri Kembangan for daily essentials and leisure.
