A home located within or in proximity to the Kuala Lumpur city centre (KLCC) undoubtedly comes with a premium. After all, this is where the pulse of the whole nation is. Naturally, its appeal is reflected in its property values, with some of the highest priced (psf) homes located here. Just as an example, a recently posted 3,700-sq ft condo unit on The Binjai on the Park, KLCC carries a tag of RM9,600,000, which translates to RM2,595 psf! 

So, does this mean most of us can forget about living even anywhere near the KLCC? 

Well, the good news is – no – reachable prices do exist for homes near the KLCC. And we are not talking about just one-bedroom or no-bedroom (studio units with an all-in-one concept) small bachelor pads, or aged and dingy apartments.
