Avaland Bhd sees 60% take-up rate for Amika Residences within two months of launch

SUBANG JAYA (May 22): Avaland Bhd officially launched Amika Residences in March this year, a freehold project in Subang Jaya, which has since achieved a take-up rate of 60%. Located adjacent to Alira Subang Jaya, Amika Residences is a 3.5-acre integrated development comprising two towers of serviced apartments and retail units.
