NCT launches final phase of Ion Belian Garden

• Precinct B of Ion Belian Garden comprises 186 units of single-storey terrace houses, targeted for completion by 2026.

SELANGOR (May 27): NCT Group (NCT Platinum Sdn Bhd) recently unveiled the final phase of its Ion Belian Garden project, Precinct B-Phase 2, featuring single-storey terrace houses.

Up to 40% of the 128 units in Batang Kali were taken up within a day of the launch, NCT stated in a media release last week.

Precinct B of Ion Belian Garden comprises 186 units of single-storey terrace houses, targeted for completion by 2026.

The freehold units are priced starting from RM356,000, and offer a land size of 20ft x 65ft.

“Positioned as the largest green township development in Batang Kali, the development is set to enhance living standards in surrounding communities and seamlessly integrate green living with commercial activities,” said NCT.

“We are thrilled to unveil the final phase of Ion Belian Garden, which has received overwhelming enthusiasm from the Batang Kali community. The launch of signifies a celebration of community and culture, beautifully showcased in our Raya Open House event,” said Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy, founder and group managing director of NCT Group.

The Precinct-B Phase 2 launch was also carried out in conjunction with a “Raya Ria Riang – Raya Bergaya Bersama NCT” open house.

The event saw 150 residents from the Batang Kali community, including homebuyers, joining the festivities.

The previous phase of Ion Belian Garden, Precinct B Phase 1, was launched in November 2023.
