The average transacted prices of non-landed properties in Cyberjaya seem to be on the up. Since 2021, prices have increased by 15.7% to RM406,000 in 2023. As of May 2024, there are a total of 100 listings on EdgeProp for sale around Cyberjaya, with an average asking price of RM303,778.88 or RM258.60 psf. As for rental listings, there are a total of 14, with an average monthly rental of RM1,371.40 or RM1.30 psf.
