KUALA LUMPUR (June 5): Avaland Bhd (KL:AVALAND) has topped out Sanderling condominium, which has a 90% take-up rate, according to a press statement on Tuesday (June 4). Sanderling is the third phase of the developer’s 23-acre freehold Lakefront Residence development in Cyberjaya. The Lakefront Residence phase one and phase two are the first two phases of the project.

“The topping out of Sanderling, achieved ahead of schedule, along with a remarkable 90% take-up rate, highlights our team’s dedication to enhancing the lives of the community, as well as enriching the Cyberjaya township,” said Avaland chief executive officer Apollo Bello Tanco in the statement.

Sanderling has a gross development value of RM327 million. It is a two-tower condominium with 606 units in total. The units, featuring three bedrooms and 3+1 bedrooms configurations, have built-ups from 958 sq ft to 1,711 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM499,000. Sanderling is targeted for completion by 3Q2025.

In terms of facilities, Sanderling has a 15-acre podium facility and is situated next to a 17-acre lake.

Following Sanderling, Avaland has plans to launch Sanderling 2, the fourth and final phase of Lakefront Residence, by July this year.
